A Valentine Book Toy. The front and rear covers are in full colour depicting 'Tommy Lad' full face and rear face with the characters head cut out around the shape of his helmet. The pages within are little poems each with full page two tone illus. reflecting the poem. Only one Attwell item similar to this format has appeared at auction.
